2. Scope of Services

Unity Rental Scouts provides professional apartment sourcing, relocation consulting, and landlord verification services.
• We act as scouts and consultants to help you find and verify potential rental properties.
• We are not landlords, real estate brokers, or property managers. * The final rental agreement is a legal contract solely between you (the tenant) and the property owner/manager.

3. Service Tiers and Payment

We offer three primary service levels:
1. Market Explorer ($149): Localized sourcing for residents.
2. Relocation Pro ($299): Specialized support for out-of-state moves.
3. Global Landing Concierge ($499+): Comprehensive support for international arrivals.
Payment is required in full before the commencement of our sourcing research. All fees are listed in USD.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to the labor-intensive nature of our custom research and verification process:
• Service Initiation: Once we begin the research and sourcing process for your specific criteria, the service fee is non-refundable.
• Property Availability: While we strive to provide the most up-to-date listings, we cannot guarantee that a property will remain available by the time you choose to apply. No refunds are issued based on property availability changes beyond our control.

5. Client Responsibilities

To provide the best service, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information regarding your budget and move dates.
• Respond to our scouts in a timely manner to secure fast-moving listings.
• Conduct your own final due diligence before signing any legal lease documents.

6. Limitation of Liability

Unity Rental Scouts shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from your relocation, including but not limited to disputes with landlords or financial losses related to your choice of housing.
